Known for his career throughout the French-speaking Zouk R&B genre. He gained particular renown for his 2008 album E-Zouk, and for his work writing and producing for a litany of fellow Zouk artists.
He first began singing in his local church choir. During his teen years, he discovered the R&B genre, and began composing his own songs at age 14.
He has served as the mentor for famed Zouk R&B artist Fanny J. He served as the executive director and producer for her second album, released in 2010, called Secret Women.
He was born and raised in Saint-Laurent du Maroni, French Guiana.
His pioneering of the Zouk music movement and prolific producing career has earned him comparisons to R. Kelly.
