Zimbabwean politician who served as head of several government ministries in the Mugabe administration including Foreign Minister and the Minister of Education and Agriculture.
He began his political career as a student leader while at the University of Rhodesia.
He was appointed governor of Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, in 2004.
His parents named him Witness Pasichigare Magunda Mangwende.
He served under president Robert Mugabe.
