He built and created a secret and sound-proof cellar beneath his home, which is where he kept Natascha Kampusch. The only person he reportedly talked to as an adult was his mother.
Family Life
He was born and raised in Vienna, Austria. His parents were Karl and Waltraud Priklopil. He was an only child. He committed suicide after Natascha Kampusch escaped from him and after an active police chase.
