Nigerian politician who is known for being a member of the Nigeria Federal House of Representatives representing the Ikorodu Constituency in Lagos. She is also known for having served as the Chairman of the House Committee on Media & Publicity.
She started her career working for the Nigerian Television Authority at the age of 15. She then began working as an anchor for the NTA Newsline program where she covered a wide range of stories involving poverty and social justice issues.
She is known for having sponsored a wide range of Bills that have passed through Parliament including the Freedom of Information Bill, the Nigerian Diaspora Commission Bill, and the Nigerian Infant Health Welfare Bill.
She was born and raised in Jos Plateau State.
She was appointed as the Senior Special Assistant of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 where she served on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora based projects.
