Colombian journalist, author, motivational speaker, media personality, and YouTuber known for his reflective commentary on Blu Radio's Mañanas BLU, his recurring segments on Caracol Televisión's Día a Día, his bestselling self-help and spirituality books, and his transition from Catholic priesthood to secular media leadership. He is also known for his YouTube channel where he shares motivational reflections and commentary on spirituality, personal growth, relationships, and emotional freedom with his subscribers.

Before fame

He entered religious life with the Eudist community and began priestly formation in the 1990s. He began publishing his first books and started his national media work in the early 2000s. He started creating content online via YouTube in 2012. He became a regular contributor and presenter on Blu Radio's Mañanas BLU in the mid-2010s around the same time he began appearing on Caracol Televisión's Día a Día. He left the priesthood and transitioned fully into secular media and publishing in 2018. He became a professor at Universidad de la Costa in 2018.

He has been a lifelong soccer fan. He is the author of more than 25 books including No mendigues amor, Sin libertad no hay amor, Dios es mujer, Mi vida de otra manera, and Espiritualidad para humanos. He has taught subjects related to communication, human development, ethics, and social reflection.

Family life

His full name is Alberto José Linero Gómez. He was born and raised in Santa Marta, Colombia. He is the son of Carlos and Rosina Linero, and he grew up in a large family.
