Ali Murat Akkus

Turkish doctor who is known for specializing in plastic surgery. He runs his own practice out of Nisantasi, Istanbul and shares a range of his procedural works and post-op pictures through Instagram for his over 100,000 followers. 

Before Fame

He attended medical school at the Faculty of Medicine of Ege University. He specialized in the Plastic Surgery Clinic and graduated within his specified field in 2005. He went on to further study and train at the Istanbul Vakif Gureba Training and Research Hospital where he specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He completed his study at Igdir State Hospital. 

Trivia

In addition to his surgical work, he is also known for having taught different techniques at the University of South Florida in rhinoplasty and other plastic surgery techniques.

He was born and raised in Izmir, Turkey.
