Best recognized as the mother of comedian Pete Davidson, a comedian who became known as a cast member of Saturday Night Live. 

Before fame

She attended the College of Staten Island, where she graduated as a nurse.

Trivia

Following Pete's split from Ariana Grande in 2019, he bought a home on Staten Island with his mother. That same year, she joined her son on SNL's Weekend Update segment for a Mother's Day episode. 

Family life

Her husband Scott Davidson was a firefighter who died in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. In addition to their son Pete, she and Scott also had a daughter named Casey Davidson.
