Colombian-American bilingual TV host, lifestyle/wellness expert, entrepreneur, and content creator known for hosting Telemundo's home-improvement reality series SOS: Salva Mi Casa and for founding the women's lifestyle platform Mujer Balance. She is also known for being the founder of the boutique agency Palosanto Media, and for being a frequent on-air lifestyle contributor for Spanish- and English-language TV.

Before Fame

She started her professional life as a lawyer in Colombia. She decided the courtroom wasn't her long-term calling and moved to the United States to retrain in journalism when she was 31 years old. She graduated from Suffolk University in Boston. Her career switch put her on television by 2008 and later on Telemundo's national air.

Trivia

She served as MC of the World Happiness Summit in 2022. She has been a celebrity guest judge on the TLC show Girl Starter. She is passionate about wellness, travel, fashion, and cycling.

Family Life

She has two children. She moved to Miami, Florida to pursue her broadcasting career.
