Best known as one-half of the Australian electronic music duo Hermitude. He is a multi-instrumentalist who co-founded the group alongside Luke Dubber in 2000.
He began playing music with his partner Luke when the two were 11 and 16 years old, respectively. They initially formed an experimental group called Funk Injections prior to changing direction with Hermitude.
In May 2015, he and his partner released their 5th Hermitude album Dark Night Sweet Light. It peaked at #1 on the Australian music charts.
He was born and raised in Australia.
He and his partner Luke Dubber were nominated for a 2015 ARIA Award for Album of the Year alongside Courtney Barnett.
