Known for voicing his strong opinions on society, gender roles, race, integrity, sex/relationships, finances, and many other topics, he has also become well-known for his roundtable-style discussions about current events in popular culture that offer a view into American societal structure.  

Before Fame

He was born and raised in Detroit, MI and was forced to face numerous challenges and even near-fatal experiences along the way. He has shared the details of his difficult upbringing openly throughout many of the videos and posts he shares on social media, and has referred to himself as "an open book." He began building his social media presence on his personal website and launched his YouTube channel in December 2013.

Trivia

In the year 2018, he founded the restaurant Sweet Soul Kitchen in Baltimore, MD, after having carried out his idea for the eatery over the course of less than 1 month. The following year, however, he decided to close the restaurant and leave the hospitality industry so that he could focus more on his other business pursuits.

Family Life

He and his wife, Reta, are the parents of one daughter. The idea for his restaurant was inspired by his grandmother, as she was a restaurant owner for many years.
