Master raw food chef who is considered the father of the raw food movement in America. He founded Sunfired Foods in 1979, originally located in Harlem.
He studied at the University of Legon in Ghana and New York University. He graduated from the College of Staten Island with a bachelor's in Education and Spanish.
He worked in the public education system for years before moving into health and nutrition.
Although born in Panama, he has lived and worked all over the world.
Olivia Wollenberg is also a prominent raw food chef.
