Brazilian businesswoman and TV actress known for her telenovela roles as Valéria in season 8 of Malhação, Cristina in Cristal, and Antônia in Amor e Intrigas. In 2016, she founded a dubbing production company in Miami, Florida. She has appeared in over 600 episodes of television throughout her ongoing career. 

Before Fame

She started working as a child model at age 6. In 1999, she landed her first television role as the Italian Florinda in the telenovela Terra Nostra, before going on to study performing arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

She posts pictures with her family and snapshots from her travels on her biancacasttanho Instagram, where she has amassed more than 800,000 followers on the platform. In May 2022, she posted a throwback photo of her character in the telenovela Esmeralda, which received over 20,000 likes.

Family Life

She was born and raised in Santa Maria, the Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, to Paulo Sérgio Pereira and Lígia Castanho Pereira. She and her husband Henry Canfield have one daughter.
