Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) black belt, instructor, commentator, and content creator known for his important role in expanding the 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu system in the Southeastern United States and for being the founder of the 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Decatur in Alabama. He is also known for being the founder of the Professional Grappling Federation and for his online content focusing on BJJ and martial arts, which he shares on Instagram and YouTube with over 140,000 Instagram followers and over 230,000 YouTube subscribers. 

Before Fame

He began training in BJJ and martial arts when he was 26 years old. He initially signed up for BJJ, MMA, and Karate classes in order to lose weight, but quickly discovered his passion for martial arts. He began seriously training and eventually earned his black belt under Eddie Bravo. He began making BJJ content online in 2012 on YouTube.

Trivia

He holds the distinction of being the first certified 10th Planet instructor in the Southeastern United States. He is very focused on techniques and favors the half guard position, and is known for his pendulum sweeps from closed guard. His preferred submission is the triangle choke, and he emphasizes heavy pressure passing in his game.

Family Life
