Musician, music producer, and entrepreneur known for founding ArtistShare, the internet's first commercial crowdfunding website. He's often regarded as one of the fathers of crowdfunding. He's spoken or been a panelist at venues such as New York University Law School, the University of Cambridge, and The Songwriters Hall of Fame.
