Canadian actress known for starring as Chloe in Steven Soderbergh's supernatural thriller Presence and as Lynn Kang in the 2024 thriller Bad Genius. She is also known for playing Mei in the ITVX teen drama Tell Me Everything and for being cast as Chun-Li in the 2026 film Street Fighter. She is further known for her @callina.liang Instagram and @callinaliang TikTok accounts where she shares acting updates, premiere photos, fashion content, and behind-the-scenes moments with her followers.

Before fame

She studied acting and appeared in stage roles and short films before appearing in films and TV shows. Her first onscreen role was playing Mei in the 2022 ITVX teen drama Tell Me Everything. Her big break came when she starred as Chloe in Steven Soderbergh's supernatural thriller Presence in 2024.

Trivia

She was named one of Vogue's new stars loved at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival for her performance in Presence. Mandarin was her first language, and she began learning English when she was 10 years old. She was originally on track to pursue medical school before deciding to take acting seriously as a teenager.
