NFL center that was taken by the Philadelphia Eagles as a second round pick in 2022. He was a three time member of the Big Ten All-Academic team while at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Following his senior season, he was named to the second team All-Big Ten.

He was a three sport athlete while at Beatrice High School. At the time, he was considered a four-star prospect.

In addition to football, he is also a food fanatic. He owns a beef jerky company named Beef Jurgy, which is inspired by his nickname as well as his last name.
