Author and political activist who started the National Socialist Movement of Chile in the early 1930's. He wasn't a strict adherent of German Nazism but rather saw national socialism as a remedy for the ills of democracy.
He studied in Germany before writing his first book, Spengler y la Situaciòn Politica Cultural de la America Iberica in 1927.
He was arrested for being part of a socialist coup in 1938.
