British health coach, content creator, and author also known as The UK Carnivore and known for his work in the low-carb, keto, and carnivore diet space including sharing content focused on metabolic health, weight loss, and performance on YouTube and Twitch. He is also known for creating The Carnivore Experience podcast and app and for working as a coach with clients to help improve their health.

Before fame

He developed a background in sport, fitness, and conditioning science. He was a semi-professional soccer player, competed in tennis tournaments, and participated in middle-distance running. He began exploring nutrition more seriously in his early 50s starting with a low-carb diet before transitioning to keto and eventually adopting a carnivore diet around 2019. He then trained under Shawn Baker MD through MeatRx and became a certified online coach.

. He has a BSc (Hons.) in physiology and health sciences. He has written books including How To Be Carnivore, Guide To Bloods, Diabetes Decoded, Fat Loss, Build Muscle, and Carnivore Cookbook.
