Baker and pastry chef who is known as one of the best pastry chefs in Argentina, particularly for his artistic pastry designs and his legendary macaroons. He is the head chef at Duhau Palace, Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, and the executive pasty chef at Duhau Pâtisserie.
In 2003 he graduated from the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy as a professional pastry chef.
In March 2018 he became a juror on the Telefe reality show Bake Off.
He credits his mother and grandmother for being the baking inspirations in his life.
