Assistant coach for the Chino Hills High School basketball program notable for being a coach to the Ball brothers, Lonzo, LiAngelo and LaMelo. 

Before Fame

He graduated from University of California, Irvine with a degree in sociology. He had previously attended Citrus Community College where he won a state title. 

Trivia

He played overseas in Serbia and Hungary for the 2011-2012 season, and was drafted into the NBA development league by the Santa Cruz Warriors. He would also play in Tbilisi Georgia, Italy and Chile.
