Wide receiver who was the 8th overall pick in the 1999 NFL draft by the Arizona Cardinals.
He had a standout college career at Ohio State University, where he was a first-team All-American, and a two-time first-team All-Big Ten selection.
In 2001 he was both a Pro Bowl and All-Pro selection.
His father, Byron Boston, was an NFL official, but was not allowed to officiate his son's games.
In 2003 he signed a large contract to play for the San Diego Chargers and coach Marty Schottenheimer.
