Lesotho-born South African actress, entrepreneur, and social media personality known for her acting roles in work including Bontle in Intersexions, Tsholofelo Tau in The Estate, Hlonipha in Netflix's The Brave Ones, and Zenani Mncube in Entangled. She is also known for joining the e.tv soap opera Scandal! as Minky Masemola in 2025 and for sharing acting, beauty, and lifestyle content on Instagram and TikTok.

Before fame

She studied drama at the National School of the Arts before earning a BA Dramatic Arts Honours degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. She made her television debut in 2011 on the e.tv anthology eKasi: Our Stories. Her starring role as Bontle in the second season of Intersexions became her major early breakthrough.

Trivia

She launched a five-design sunglasses collection with Black Edge in 2021. She has held dual citizenship and has identified strongly with her Basotho heritage. She co-founded the beauty brand House of Didie with her sister and launched its first product in August 2023.

Family life

Her full name is Moliehi Didie Makobane. She was born in Lesotho to a South African father and a mother from Lesotho, and her family moved to Johannesburg in 1995. Her sister Ntaoleng Langa has been her business partner in House of Didie.
