Before Fame

He graduated from Sacred Heart University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science. It was there he played 4 years Division I baseball and served as team captain both junior and senior years. His passion for fitness continued as he became a personal trainer for a variety of celebrities and athletes.

Family Life

He was born and raised in Cold Spring Harbor, New York. He married his wife in 2006 and they have two children.
