Major league catcher that was taken by the Oakland Athletics as a seventh rounder in the 2019 MLB Draft. After two years in the Athletics organization, he was then traded to the Washington Nationals in 2021. He was eventually named one of the Nationals top 100 MLB prospects a few years later.

Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at Missouri State University. While at Missouri State, he earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors twice.
