Professional reliever that was drafted by the Chicago Cubs during the second round of the 2012 Major League Draft. He was later acquired by the Pittsburgh Pirates via trade in March 2021. His baseball fame has earned him more than 4,000 followers on his Twitter account. 

Before Fame

He first began his professional career playing for the AZL Cubs. He was later sent to the Boise Hawks. 

Trivia

He made his official major league debut pitching against the Los Angeles Dodgers on June 25, 2018, as a member of the Pirates. During his debut, he pitched four innings and recorded three strikeouts. 

Family Life

Although he was born in Raleigh, North Carolina he grew up living with his family in Marietta, Georgia. He has a son named Duane III.
