Eldad Hagar rose to fame managing the Hope for Paws YouTube channel, a channel dedicated to rescuing homeless and neglected dogs and finding them a forever home. 

Before Fame

Though the Hope for Paws YouTube channel was created in 2006, the first video, "Chelsey and Abbey," wasn't posted until 2008. 

Trivia

One of Hope for Paws most popular videos is "A homeless dog living in a trash pile gets rescued, and then does something amazing! Please share." which earned more than 20 million views after it was released in 2013. 

Family Life

A California resident, most of the dogs he rescues are from the Los Angeles area.

In early 2022, he posted a photo to his hopeforpawsrescue Instagram page of when he met the late-Betty White and got to share with her some of the 'hope for paws' rescue stories.
