Farrod Green

About

Former NFL tight end that was originally signed by the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent in the year 2020. Prior to his NFL career, he played college football at Mississippi State University. As a senior in the year 2019, he started all 13 of his team's games. 

Before Fame

He played both football and basketball while at Wesson High School. At the time, he was considered a three-star prospect. 

Trivia

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Minnesota Vikings during week two of the 2020 NFL regular season. That was the only game he played in as a rookie that season. On August 31, 2021, Green was waived by the Colts and re-signed to the practice squad the next day. He signed a reserve/future contract on January 10, 2022. He was waived on May 10, 2022.

Family Life

He grew living with his family in the Brookhaven, Mississippi area. He is one of three siblings.
