Former Iranian professional football player who was known for his work as a midfielder with the clubs Steel Azin, Esteghlal, and the Iranian national team. He is also known for his work as director of the Nassaji Mazandaran club. 

Before Fame

He first started his professional career in 1996 when he joined the Payam Mashhad club in 1996. After moving to several clubs, he joined the Iran national team in 2004. He then retired and started working as the director of football for the Nassaji club in 2013. 


He is known for having won Iran's Premier Football League during the 2005/2006 season with the Esteghlal club. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in Tehran, Iran and is the younger brother of fellow professional football player Farhad Majidi
