At 17, she moved to London to pursue modeling full-time. She was signed on the spot at her first meeting with an agency.

In 2019, she created her own size-friendly, fully adjustable swimwear range, Burke NYC. She wore one of her own suits on the Sports Illustrated photo shoot. She has worked with photographers including Zoey Grossman, Yu Tsai and David Roemer. She has walked the runway for Christian Siriano.
