Indian singer, performer, and actor widely recognized for his original blend of Punjabi pop, folk, and contemporary fusion styles. He has released multiple singles and has announced his debut EP, "Prince of Pop." He is also famously known for being part of the iconic Mehndi musical family, which includes Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, and other well-known Punjabi artists.

Before fame

He grew up surrounded by Punjabi music and performance culture, being heavily influenced by his father Daler Mehndi and other relatives. He released his debut single, "Saheli," in 2014.

Trivia

He performs in multiple languages on stage - in addition to Punjabi and Hindi, he has also performed in Marathi, Telugu, and Gujarati. He contributed vocals to the spiritual anthem, "Hove Purab Mubarak" in Purab Mubarak Season 1. He has acted in several films including Meri Shadi Karao and Bala.

Family life

He is the son of legendary Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi and singer Taranpreet Nikki Mehndi. He is the nephew of Mika Singh, Shamsher Mehndi, and Harjeet Mehndi. He is the brother of Ajit Kaur Mehndi. In 2016, he married NRI model and actor Jessica Singh in a traditional Sikh ceremony in Finland that was followed by a grand reception in New Delhi.
