Australian television and radio host turned mental fitness advocate known for hosting the docuseries An Aussie Goes Barmy, An Aussie Goes Bolly, and An Aussie Goes Calypso, for his docuseries Gus Worland: Marathon Man, and for hosting the ABC three-part documentary Man Up. He is also known for anchoring Triple M Sydney's breakfast show The Grill Team from August 2009 until the show ended in December 2018.

Before Fame

He attended Knox Grammar School. He worked in sales and spent time in the UK before he returned to Australia and moved into media. His first major TV hosting role was in An Aussie Goes Barmy in 2006. He continued with the docuseries throughout the late 2000s into the early 2010s.

Trivia

He founded the charity Gotcha4Life in 2017, a charity which funds programs that build social connection and mental fitness across Australia. He completed the TCS New York City Marathon in November 2014. He launched the interview podcast Not an Overnight Success in Feb 2022. He released his children's picture book Boys Do Cry in February 2025.
