Singer, songwriter, rapper, djembe player, and dancer known for adapting Afrobeats, hip-hop, and other modern styles. He released his debut full-length album "Innocent" in 2013 and "Plus" in 2017. He's also released numerous, non-album singles. Some of his most popular tracks include "Yo Pe," "Ozo Beta Mabe," "Best," and "Olandi."  

Before Fame

With over 1 million votes nationwide, he became the 1st winner of the Vodacom SuperStars when he was 12 years old. He was first signed to a management contract by a major label in 2013 with Interglobe Music. 

Trivia

He was nominated for a 2008 Revelation Award, a 2010 Vodacom SuperStar Award, and a 2011 Ndule Award Special Jury Trophy. In the year 2020, he also received a "Best International Act" nomination from the BET Awards.

Family Life

His birth name is Innocent Balume. His mother was a church singer and his father was a pop music dancer.

He has recorded and toured with renowned R&B singer Akon. His 2019 hit single "Yo Pe" was remixed by pop sensation Diamond Platnumz.
