A well known stage actor who may be best known for his feature film debut as the character Ralph in the 1963 version of The Lord of the Flies.
He first trained for theater at the Drama Centre London and made his stage debut in the play Isle of Children, a year before starring in Lord of the Flies.
He starred in the David Drury film Forever Young.
He married and divorced Agnes Hallander and has a daughter named Sarah Barzyk-Aubrey.
He studied at the Drama Centre London, an acting training facility co-founded by Jack Shepherd.
