Point guard who made his PBA debut as a member of the Star/Magnolia Hotshots in 2016 and immediately became a star, being named to the All-Star and All-Defensive Teams in his rookie season. He previously led Arellano University to its first ever NCAA Finals appearance.
He attended the Sacred Heart of Jesus Montessori School in Cagayan de Oro City.
He was widely considered the best point guard in Philippine college basketball, being named to the NCAA Philippines Mythical Team three straight years.
He is the third of six children born to Vicente Jalalon and Jocelyn Nacawili.
His play style has drawn numerous comparisons to that of point guard Jayson Castro.
