Canadian defenseman and left winger who bounced around the NHL with teams like the Minnesota Wild, Chicago Blackhawks, and San Jose Sharks over an eight-year career in the league. He carved out a role as an enforcer and finished with 544 penalty minutes and just 11 points in 286 career games.
He grew up in St. Catharines, Ontario. He played four years of college hockey at Michigan Tech, where he racked up 347 penalty minutes.
