Criminal who is best known for his time as a hitman for Medellín Cartel leader Griselda Blanco. In the year 1993, Ayala was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 25 years. If he is ever released, he will be deported to Colombia. 

Before Fame

When he was a kid, he worked as a car mechanic for his dad. Eventually, he started to steal cars and made money from getting undocumented immigrants from Mexico into the US illegally. 

Trivia

He was considered to be Griselda's top enforcer when he lived in Miami. He was finally arrested in connection to a bank robbery which led to the discovery of his other crimes. His nickname while he was active on the streets was Rivi.

Family Life

He was born in Colombia, but raised in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up with a brother named Alonso, who was also a criminal.
