Priest and religious leader who is known for his televised sermons on the Rede Vida de Televisao network. He runs the programs The Rosary of Life and World Program of the Cardinal. He is also known for appearing on Native Radio and Capital AM Radio as a priest as well.
He first discovered his religious vocation at the age of 18. He was first ordained a priest in 1995. In 1996, he began presenting the program on Rede Vida.
In 2006, he released the album Deus Esta Aqui which was nominated for a Latin Grammy in the Christian music.
His father was the former mayor of Minas Gerais.
