Japanese floral designer known mostly for his creation of stage decorations for dance performances. He was featured in "Rebel Installation," the famous floral art project.
He learned floral artistry from Muneyoshi Tsuchiya. Following his studies, Kakizaki moved to Tokyo to begin his career.
He won Television Tokyo's national floristry championship.
