Kenyan alternative R&B singer, songwriter, and producer known for being the former lead singer of the Kenyan hip-hop group Camp Mulla and for her solo career including songs such as "Glow Up," "Let Me," "Catch A Vibe," "Pen & Paper," "Feel," "Hit Me Up," "I Know," and "Only You" and projects such as Sun & Moon, Indigo, Catch a Vibe, and Passenger 555.
Before fame
She knew she wanted to be a singer from an early age. She began talking about becoming a musician at around 6 years old. She entered a recording studio for the first time when she was 13 years old which further inspired her to want to become a singer. She became the lead vocalist of Camp Mulla as a teenager. She and Camp Mulla released their breakout single "Party Don't Stop" which helped lead to them releasing their debut album Funky Town in 2012. She left the group in 2013 to pursue higher education. She attended the Berklee College of Music and began pursuing her solo career. She released her first solo song "Go Down" in 2017. She released her first solo album Sun & Moon in 2022.

She performed "Only You" on A COLORS SHOW in 2023. She briefly performed under names such as Miss Karun and Lady Karun. She was named to Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 in 2019.
