American sportscaster and television personality best known for her work on the NFL Network. From 2016 to 2022, she co-hosted the morning show Good Morning Football on NFL Network, where she served as a fantasy football expert. She has also worked with several other sports media outlets, including NBC Sports, WSCR-AM 670, and DirecTV's Fantasy Zone challenge. She hosts a show, Up and Adams, on Fan Duel TV.

Before Fame

She studied journalism and communications at the University of Missouri.

Trivia

She also hosted People (the TV show!), a daily entertainment news outlet based on People magazine. Her television fame has led her to garner over 460,000 followers on her heykayadams Instagram account. 

Family Life

She was born and raised in Chicago. Her parents were Polish immigrants.
