Quarterback known for playing with the college football team the Pittsburgh Panthers while attending the University of Pittsburgh. He stands at 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 220 pounds. In 2022, he was picked for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the NFL Draft. 

Before Fame

In high school, he played with the Ocean Township Spartans and lead them to the semifinals of New Jersey Central Group III during his junior year. He joined the Pittsburgh Panthers in 2017.

Trivia

In 2021, he won a number of awards, including the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, the ACC Player of the Year, and the ACC Offensive Player of the Year. He was also a finalist for the Heisman Trophy. 

Family Life

He was born in Oakhurst, New Jersey.  He married Amy Paternoster on June 24, 2023 in his home state of New Jersey.
