About

Chinese pop singer and actor known for being a member of the Mandopop boy group ONER along with his solo work including his EP Dream Island and songs such as "Close My Eyes," "Cosmic Love Story," "Rewind," and "Hundred." He is also known for his acting projects including Falling Into Your Smile, Ancient Love Poetry, and the film Adoring.

Before fame

He dropped out of high school and left home as a teenager to pursue a career in entertainment. He studied Performing Arts at Shanghai Theatre Academy and received formal acting training. He trained under Qin's Entertainment and participated in the pre-debut group BC221 which later rebranded into ONER. He first rose to fame in 2018 after competing on the Chinese idol survival show Idol Producer, where he finished 15th place and gained a large fanbase. He debuted with ONER in August 2018 with the EP Allergic. He made his acting debut in Falling Into Your Smile in 2020.

Trivia

He is also known by the nickname "DiDi." He appeared on Super Nova Games: Season 2 in 2019 and New Generation Hip Hop Project in 2021. He has been affiliated with Qin Entertainment.

His birth name is Li Yingchao. He grew up in Hebei, China.
