Before Fame

She ran away from home at the age of 15.  Though her YouTube channel had been created in 2010, she didn't post her first video, "What's in my Volleyball Bag! 2015," until August 2015. 

Trivia

One of her most popular YouTube videos is "Cleaning my dirty room at 2am," which has racked up over 750,000 views and counting.  She launched a successful apparel company called alchemai which sold hoodies.

Family Life

Her real name is Mai Pham, but she goes by Mai Phammy. She hails from Whitecourt in Alberta, Canada. Her mother's name is Xuan.  

Associated With

A talented singer, she posted a YouTube cover of Jaymes Young's "Habits Of My Heart" in August 2016. For a June 2023 YouTube video, she spent 24 hours in New York City alongside fellow influencer Nathaly Cuevas.
