Country singer and guitarist who became a sensation with the release of her debut album Midwest Farmer's Daughter in 2016. She has been invited to perform on shows like Saturday Night Live, Charlie Rose and Later...with Jools Holland.
She grew up in Aledo, Illinois and sang in her local church choir. She dropped out of Northern Illinois University to pursue music in 2003.
Her debut album reached number one on the U.K. Country Album charts.
She married guitarist Jeremy Ivey. Her great-uncle is renowned songwriter Bobby Fischer.
