Second tenor artist for the contemporary R&B band Color Me Badd who was one of three members to found the group. He and Bryan Abrams were the lone members of the group before they disbanded for the first time, and they remained the only members when they re-emerged as Color Me Badd in 2010.
He was a friend of Color Me Badd co-founder Sam Watters in grade school.
He and Abrams collaborated with Insane Clown Posse for the The Mighty Death Pop! bonus CD called Mike E. Clark's Extra Pop Emporium.
He married Lisa Smedley-Calderon in 1992, the former Color Me Badd fashion stylist.
He worked with Stevie Brock on his Disney chart topping remake of the song "All 4 Love."
