Remembered for her childhood starring role in the Our Gang silent film series of the 1920s, Kornman went on to appear in the 1930s films Queen of the Jungle and The Desert Trail.
She appeared in her first Our Gang movie in 1923, when she was only seven years old.
She ended her acting career in 1940 and died of cancer three decades later.
The daughter of filmmaker Gene Kornman, she was born in Idaho and raised in California. After her brief marriage to Leo Tover ended in divorce, she had a decades-long marriage to cinematic horse trainer Ralph B. McCutcheon.
In the western movie The Desert Trail, she played the romantic interest of the character played by John Wayne.
