His group The Kira Justice's name was inspired by the anime Death Note. He and co-founder Alice Salin started the group after they attended anime events and noticed there were not many bands performing nostalgic anime, game, and film songs in Portuguese. His breakthrough online came after The Kira Justice posted its version of "Unravel" from Tokyo Ghoul on YouTube in November 2014.
