As a teenager, he worked as a DJ at his local church's Christmas parties. He eventually did paid DJ gigs at church events.

In 2015, he was asked by Wizkid to join Starboy Entertainment, as the official label DJ. In 2019, he released "Gbese" featuring Wizkid. He also collaborated with Wizkid on the single "Turn Up" which featured Reekado Banks and Rema.

He was born in Brooklyn Long Island Hospital, New York. His parents encouraged him to have a backup in case his music career didn't work out.
