Indian actress who is known for appearing in a wide range of Bollywood and Marathi films. She is recognized for her role in the 2013 Marathi film Dham Dhoom and as the female lead in the soap opera Kunku.

Before Fame

She studied acting at both Renuka Swaroop High School and S. P. College in Pune. Her debut acting appearance was in 2008 when she landed a spot in the Bollywood film Humne Jeena Seekh Liya. The following year she debuted in her first Marathi film titled Ek Cup Chya. 

Trivia

In addition to her acting, she is also known for her directing work including the play Conditions Apply and the 2016 film Athrava Unta. 

Family Life

She was born and raised in Pune, Maharashtra, India and in 2017 she married Swapnil Rao.

She starred alongside Sachin Pilgaonkar and Shankar Mahadevan in the 2015 Marathi film Katyar Kaljat Ghusali.
