Namrata Purohit

About

World renowned pilates instructor who co-founded the popular The Pilates Studio brand. She has served as the official fitness trainer of the Miss India Organization, and trained a litany of Bollywood celebrities and athletes, including Arjun Kapoor. 

Before Fame

She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from Jai Hind College. She later earned her master's degree in sports management from Loughborough University.

Trivia

She had her debut book The Lazy Girl's Guide to Being Fit published at the age of 21 in 2015. She served as the official Pilates coach to the Mumbai City FC soccer team in 2014.  

Family Life

She has run The Pilates Studio brand alongside her father Samir.
